Making Appointments
Appointments can be made by telephone or email when we are open.
We check for e-mail regularly during the day and messages can also be left on our answerphone at night.
Patients cannot make appointments in person at the moment unless they are visiting for treatment.
Appointments are required as our time is fully committed to patient care and during the pandemic we need to control patient flow.
We do leave some time free for emergencies during the day but these times can and do vary. It allows us maximum flexibility in offering you an appointment if you call before 10 am.
Please bear in mind that the beginning and end of the day are by far the most popular appointment slots and have often been booked weeks or even months in advance.
Our dentists are usually present every weekday.
At present we do not work on weekends but Mr. Morden and McNulty have appointments available until later on Thursdays.
We reserve the right to charge for failed appointments or those that are cancelled with less than 24 hours notice.
A charge will be made if a hygienist appointment is cancelled after 10am on the day of the appointment or if it is failed.
