At Barley Mow all the dentists routinely provide white (tooth-coloured) fillings primarily using dental composite.
The strength and wear resistance of the material, combined with its good aesthetics and the use of adhesion to stick the filling to the remaining tooth structure has made the material very versatile with a good life span.

We no longer use silver amalgam.
